MONO AQUA · Website information
Privacy Policy
Effective September 6, 2026
This policy describes how MONO AQUA handles information collected through monoaqua.com and related project enquiries. It covers visitors and prospective customers, including people contacting us on behalf of a company or design practice.
Information you provide
Our enquiry forms collect your name, email address, project location, and project details. You can also provide a phone number, company or practice, project type and stage, intended timing, dimensions, and drawings or photographs. The Build Your Pool form collects your selections and contact details, including a property address.
We receive the information and attachments you submit by email at info@monoaqua.com. Please send only material relevant to your enquiry and that you have permission to share. Do not include payment card details, government identification, medical information, or unrelated confidential documents.
Information from visiting the website
Delivering and protecting the website involves technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, request times, and error information. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may process this information in its service and security logs.
The website includes Google Maps and links to services such as Instagram and Facebook. The map stays off until you allow Google Maps through Cookie Settings or choose ?Load Google Map.? Loading an embedded map connects your browser to Google, which can receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies. Following an external link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy practices.
Read the Hostinger Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
Why information is used
Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, understand the proposed pool and site, discuss technical requirements, prepare proposals, arrange consultations, and communicate about your project. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and protection against misuse.
Submitting a project enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. The website does not take payments or create customer accounts.
Who receives information
Enquiries are delivered to MONO AQUA's email inbox. Website hosting and email service providers process information needed to deliver and support these services. If your enquiry develops into a project, relevant information may also be needed by people involved in its design, engineering, manufacture, or installation.
Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or when necessary to address fraud, misuse, or legal claims. This website does not include advertising pixels or tools configured to sell enquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, browser storage, and tracking
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Local storage is a separate browser feature that can remember information between visits. The Build Your Pool experience saves only pool choices on your device, for up to 30 days after your last change, so you can continue later. Contact details, ZIP code, free-text notes, and files are not saved between visits. Successful submission or ?Reset pool brief? clears the saved choices. Older drafts that included personal details are removed when the builder next opens. You can also remove site data through your browser settings.
Google Maps may use its own cookies when it loads. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to accept or reject optional Google Maps, or change your choice later. Your privacy preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Loading a map for one visit does not change your saved preference. Turning Maps off stops future embedded-map connections, but does not delete information already sent to Google. Browser settings can limit or remove cookies and site data. We do not currently configure advertising or visitor analytics in the website application. There are no configured advertising sale/sharing activities for a Global Privacy Control opt-out to disable; the settings panel acknowledges that signal when detected. The website does not separately change its behavior in response to the older Do Not Track browser signal. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
Retention and security
Submitted enquiries and attachments become email records. Their retention depends on whether a project proceeds and on business, contract, legal, and recordkeeping needs; this website does not apply an automatic deletion period to mailbox records. Ask us about a particular record or request deletion using the contact details below.
The website uses HTTPS for transmission. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Browser-saved choices may be accessible to other people who use the same browser profile. Reset your brief when using a shared device.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit optional information or attachments. Required fields are identified in the form and are needed to respond to that request.
To ask about information you have submitted, request access, correction, or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email info@monoaqua.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Include enough information to identify the enquiry, but do not send identity documents unless a secure verification method has been agreed.
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers the processing, additional rights may include obtaining a copy of your information, opting out of certain processing, using an authorized agent, and appealing a request decision. We may need to verify a request and may need to retain some records where the law permits or requires it. If you disagree with a response, contact the same address with the subject “Privacy appeal.” Rights and response periods are governed by applicable law.
Children and visitors outside the United States
This website is intended for adults considering architectural pool systems and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us so we can address it.
MONO AQUA is based in the United States. Communications and services may involve processing in the United States or other countries where service providers operate. Privacy protections can differ between countries; applicable legal protections continue to apply.
Updates to this policy
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. You can contact us for questions about an earlier enquiry or a change to this policy.
